The construction project is expected to be completed in about six months, with a total planned investment of 100 million yuan. The intended land area is 46 mu, with an investment intensity of 2.17 million yuan per mu. After completion and operation, the estimated annual output value is about 300 million yuan, with an annual tax contribution of about 9 million yuan, and an estimated annual tax per mu of 196,000 yuan.
