On August 14, 2024, our company's Chairman Lu Yue led the management team on a visit to Yunnan Taibiao Group. The purpose was to observe and learn about the production process of CNC machine tool castings (bare machines), as well as their advanced intelligent manufacturing concepts and information systems.

     Accompanied by the warm reception of Chairman Zhang Yonglin of Taibiao Group and his team, we visited Taibiao's CNC machine tool casting workshop, machining workshop, intelligent manufacturing workshop, and information systems. We gained an understanding of the production process flow for bare machine castings, as well as the entire process of quality control measures including production process monitoring and finished product inspection. We also learned about the technical challenges and solutions at each stage.Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technological innovation achievements in the field of bare machine castings, including the application of new materials, process improvements, and automation/intelligent transformation.

     This visit and exchange allowed both parties to share experiences and conduct technical communication. It will enable more effective resource integration and mutual benefit in future cooperation, laying a solid foundation for deeper collaboration.
